Retail Assistant Supervisor (mini mart / supermarket exp)

Position: Retail Assistant Supervisor Salary: $2300-$2500 (depend on exp) Working Day: 5 Days (44 working hour per week) Working Location: East Job Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly. Respond to consumer questions and make the right recommendations to deliver exceptional customer service.

To sufficient product availability, keep an eye on and restock inventory and stockpiles.

Determine and put into practice tactics to enhance sales prospects and track sales performance.

Carry out administrative tasks as delegated, supporting the general structure and management of the store.

Qualifications & Requirements: OK to work on weekend.

Relevant working experience in retail.
