Interior Designer

Ali Henrie Design is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Provo, Utah. This position will work closely with clients, fellow designers, and industry professionals under the direction of owner and principal designer Ali Henrie. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing residential design projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities Manage residential design projects from concept through installation and completion Work directly with clients to understand project goals, preferences, budgets, and timelines Develop design concepts, presentations, and material selections Create design boards, space plans, CAD drawings, and elevations Research and source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, and other design elements Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, vendors, and other team members Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Stay informed on current design trends, products, and industry developments Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential interior design experience, including renovations, space planning, and/or new construction Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Chief Architect Strong understanding of space planning, color, lighting, materials, furnishings, and installations Portfolio demonstrating previous residential design work Ability to independently manage projects while collaborating with a team Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off 401(k) Bonus opportunities Healthcare reimbursement Position Details Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM Compensation: Hourly, based on experience Work Location: In person, Provo, Utah Must reside in Utah and have reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
