HR Manager

Build and manage the HR function and internal HR processes

Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives

Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee relations

Manage performance appraisal and employee development systems

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and HR regulations

Support workforce planning, employee engagement and retention

Coordinate payroll, attendance and employee records

Act as the main HR partner to management

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law

Experience in building HR processes and systems is highly preferred

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Fluency in Arabic and English

Experience in Retail, E-commerce or Technology is preferred
