Responsibilities

• Project execution: You are responsible for executing projects within the agreements made with the client.
• Project support: You support the projects department with Project Assistant tasks where necessary.

Tasks & Duties

• Leading projects: You lead projects from order to delivery. You will be supported by a Project Engineer for the technical aspects (such as setting up project requirements and checking drawings).
• Project meetings: You host and chair both internal and external project meetings.
• Scope management: You monitor the project scope and coordinate any additional or reduced work.
• Contract monitoring: You closely monitor contract compliance.
• Progress control: You monitor and steer the progress of the project through coordination with other departments.
• Documentation: You take care of all contractual documents and procedures (with the support of the Project Engineer).
• Client contact: You maintain intensive contact with clients regarding all matters related to the project.
• Financial management: You ensure correct financial project administration.
• Project administration: You keep project administration and reports up to date.
• General duties: You perform all common tasks and assignments that can reasonably be expected.
