THE WORK: You'll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with  STPS / OSHA .

You'll advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project.

You'll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.

You'll attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.

You'll supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.

You'll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects.

You'll manage local regulations.

You'll perform additional duties as assigned.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Minimum of  7 years of experience  in construction safety, with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management

Extensive experience in communications with contractors, coordination with design teams, and other project professionals

Advanced experience in executing  data centers  or  mission-critical constructions

Advanced proficiency in using computer tools

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field

Experience as an  Owner’s Representative

NFPA 70e  certification

Previous experience in construction projects

Residency in  Querétaro  or willingness to relocate
