- Supervise a team of EA operational staff, allocate daily tasks, monitor work progress and review deliverables related to work‑pass applications, worker deployment and client coordination.
- Oversee compliance with MOM EA regulatory requirements, check documentation accuracy, ensure all agency procedures follow EA licence conditions.
- Review case files, identify operational risks, provide guidance to team members on complex work‑pass and employment‑related matters.
- Conduct regular performance check‑ins, coach team members, arrange internal training to improve service quality and regulatory awareness.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, analyse workflow bottlenecks and propose process‑improvement measures.
- Handle escalated complex client and worker enquiries, resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.
