AI / ML Business Expert

We are seeking an  AML   Senior FBA / Project Manager  to join the  AML Technology and Operations team , where you will play a key role in supporting and driving  Group Compliance initiatives . This role requires close collaboration with various technology and support teams across the bank. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage  end-to-end business requirements elicitation  for assigned projects. Drive  business discussions  and manage  project scope  to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Engage in  senior stakeholder management  and provide regular  leadership updates . Support the  project delivery lifecycle , with a focus on the  analysis, design, and testing phases . Key Requirements: Experience:  7–12 years in the banking industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects or programs. Role Expertise:  Demonstrated experience as a  Business Analyst  or  Project Manager  in leading banks. Stakeholder Management:  Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders independently. Domain Knowledge: Mandatory experience in  AML and Compliance  domains Familiarity with  data analytics  and tools such as  Actimize, Detica, Fircosoft, Quantexa, Tookitaki

Desirable Skills:  Exposure to  AI/ML  technologies and  workflow applications  is a plus.
