What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales Negotiator :
- Managing all aspects of residential property sales
- Registering applicants and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Generating new business and winning instructions
- Providing first-class service to clients and applicants
- Building long-term relationships within the local market
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience) :
- Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- Proven sales skills and a strong customer service background
- Valuing and listing experience advantageous
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and well-presented
- Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Knowledge of South Kensington and surrounding areas is beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- A professional and positive approach to estate agency
