Regional Tender Executive (Freight Forwarding / Near Expo MRT / 5 days) [EL]

General Description Responsible for managing customer tenders effectively and ensuring tender opportunities are aligned with the company’s strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with global and regional account management teams to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for key global and strategic customers. Review and analyse tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Collaborate with local offices, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality and competitive proposals. Develop project plans covering pricing analysis, internal reviews, evaluations, and tender submission in accordance with global tender management processes. Maintain accurate tender records, reports, and documentation in internal systems. Participate in cross-regional meetings and provide tender management insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business objectives. Identify and resolve tender-related issues and coordinate corrective actions to improve the overall tender management process. Support other related assignments and projects as required. Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Fast learner with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of cultural diversity. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
