Tasks:
- Explain procedures.
- Operate X-ray, radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Operate radiation therapy equipment.
- Record and process results of procedures.
- Explain procedures and side effects of radiation.
- Perform basic verification and quality control checks on radiographic and film processing equipment.
- Record and process patient data.
- Provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination.
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses :
Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.
