We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in premium Japanese seafood and Wagyu meat.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales with hotels, restaurants, fine dining establishments, and F&B groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present premium Japanese seafood and meat products professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in premium food, seafood, meat, or the hospitality industry.
- Existing network within hotels and restaurants is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
