This position is located at: Phantom Warrior Lanes Bowling Center - Fort Hood, Texas. This 48-lane bowling center offers recreation for all ages, featuring well-maintained lanes and modern equipment for serious bowlers. Enjoy "X-treme Bowling" with lights and dance music on Saturday nights. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis.

Major duties

  • Prepares a limited variety of short order fast food items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc.
  • Assures that tables/work surfaces are promptly cleared and cleaned. Cleans other work areas to include walls, floors, equipment, and storage areas. Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments after delivery.
  • Serves as cashier in the snack bar, receiving payment by cash or charge. Completes cash report at the end of assigned shift. Orders fast food items, condiments, and other necessary supplies.
  • Must know basic food handling techniques, personal hygiene standards and safe work procedures. Must have the ability to read and understand written material.
  • Coordinates food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning work areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages. 2. Ability to work without more than normal supervision. 3. Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order. 4. Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques. 5. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. 6. Knowledge of basic sanitation principles. 7. Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment. 8. Able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach. All experience must be listed on the resume for that experience to be considered.
