IT Support Analyst

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

Provide application and system support by managing incidents, service requests, and user inquiries in line with agreed service levels. Monitor, analyse, and resolve issues, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors when required. Manage user access and support security measures in accordance with company policies and procedures. Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and system improvements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective service delivery. Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of applications and business processes. Participate in projects and contribute to the successful delivery of technology solutions that support business objectives.

Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex processes. Ability to improve operational efficiency by delivering high-quality technical solutions. A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at an appropriate level of technical understanding. Ability to analyse complex situations and problems and conduct the necessary research using multiple sources of information to identify effective and innovative solutions. Excellent command of both Lithuanian and English languages. A degree in IT or Engineering would be an advantage. Experience in project and stakeholder management would be an advantage.
