Finance Specialist (Hotel Development Projects)

Your tasks
- Manage the finances of hotel development and renovation projects in Italy, Romania and Switzerland. This includes checking invoices against contracts and budgets, preparing payments and tracking costs.
- Prepare loan drawdown packages and the reports banks require.
- Prepare budget-vs-actual and cash flow reports for management and shareholders.
- Act as the main contact for local accounting firms, resolving questions on documents, payments and how transactions are recorded.
- Work with tax advisors, contractors and project managers.
- Help improve and automate the group’s finance processes.
Requirements
- A university degree in finance, economics or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit. Experience at a Big Four firm or in real estate or construction projects is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to work independently and accurately, and to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
