We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team and help maintain the high standards of culinary excellence that define our establishment.

The Sous Chef will play a vital role in supporting the head chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented with creativity and flair. Key responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, overseeing daily kitchen activities, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, coordinating with the front-of-house team, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cooking techniques, particularly in preparing pasta, and be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and imaginative culinary environment.

Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. Proficiency in cooking, especially in pasta preparation, is essential, along with strong teamwork skills.
