Monthly up to SGD 10,000.

Sign on bonus. Responsibilities: Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders. Prepare and monitor project budget and cash flow. Identify cost saving efficiency during procurement process. Negotiation with suppliers based on metrics. Key Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent field, with experience in contract negotiation.

Ability to lead a team and involved in business negotiations.
