Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Promote the organization’s loan products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new customer leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, and repayment conditions to customers.
• Follow up with leads and support customers through the loan application process.
• Meet and exceed assigned marketing and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• OND or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, microfinance, lending, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Must be proactive, confident, and results-driven.
