We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Batch Person/Supervisor to coordinate our daily plant operations, batch quality concrete, and keep our equipment running smoothly. If you are seeking a key leadership role with independence and room to grow in a dynamic, active work environment we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Batch concrete accurately, coordinate deliveries, and manage material inventories.
- Perform routine plant maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and keep work areas safe.
- Coordinate drivers and daily schedules while communicating effectively with customers and management.
What Were Looking For
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiatives.
- Mechanically inclined, comfortable with plant maintenance and repairs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in concrete production, batch plants, or heavy construction is a strong asset.
- A valid Class 3A or Class 1A drivers licence is a strong asset.
