Coffee House Crew

Job Scope: Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages according to standard recipes. Prepare toast, bread and other simple food items. Prepare orders received through the POS system accurately and efficiently. Attend to customers’ enquiries and assist when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food and beverage preparation area. Wash and clean utensils, cups, equipment and workstations after use. Perform general cleaning duties, including wiping counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of rubbish. Replenish ingredients, packaging and supplies as required. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with opening and closing duties. Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. Requirements: No experience required; training provided. F&B experience is an advantage. Able to communicate with customers when required. Responsible, punctual and willing to learn. Willing to perform cleaning duties. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
