Summary Salary $4500-$4800

5 days, 44hrs per week (Includes weekend) (Earliest shift start at 11am, Latest shift end at midnight 4am) - Company transportation provided for night shift

Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service during meal periods. Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Supervise and guide kitchen staff, including training junior cooks and monitoring performance. Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Monitor food stock levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimize wastage through proper inventory control. Support menu planning, new dish development, and maintain consistency in food quality and customer satisfaction.
