The team is structured in such a way that all staff get involved when required; there is a very collaborative feel to the firm and some inspirational people who have developed very well in the business and can mentor you to do that same.

Your tasks

This isn’t some stuffy backstreet office with a ready made client bank, this is a forward thinking, dynamic firm where you will bring your can do attitude and determination to succeed in a Financial Adviser role and they will do their bit.

Requirements

If you are a Paraplanner or experienced Financial Planning support and are ready to make the move to be a Financial Planner then I have the role for you. You can also be an experienced Financial Planner and would like an energised and supportive environment.

The firm which is recruiting is based in the Bury area and they are looking for ambitious individuals who hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and have a few years under their belt in the industry.

What we offer

Options for employed or self employed (with and underpin whilst you build your experience) are available and as the firm have heavily invested in AI this has led to a significant amount of business, referrals and a huge pipeline; you will focus on shadowing advisers and advising in your own right, you will not be chasing business and trawling google to find clients.
