We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities: Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a positive attitude

Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

Assist with resident requests and provide information about community services and activities

Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.

Support administrative tasks and coordinate communication between departments

Shift: Part time

Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Compassion for and commitment to serving seniors

Receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
