IT Engineer

The IT Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting an organization's information technology systems, networks, hardware, software, and security infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses as well as other office equipment/device;
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Configure and maintain cloud services and virtualization platforms.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards.
- Provide support for and maintain other office equipment including telephone systems, printers and copiers.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Hands on and resourceful;
- Keen to learn and keep updated on latest cybersecurity risks, Health Information Act and PDPA.
