Poultry Processing Technician Trainee

Job Summary Motivated individuals will start a career in poultry processing with hands-on training from experienced technicians and senior engineers. No prior experience required. Responsibilities Operate and maintain industrial motor control systems to support poultry processing equipment. Apply welding, plumbing, and hand tool skills (e.g., grinder, hand drill) to assist in equipment setup and maintenance. Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and coordinate with team members. Work safely and efficiently in cold and wet environments while handling materials weighing 20–25 kg. Adapt to shift work schedules, including weekends and overtime, to meet production demands. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Preferred competencies and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Other Information Full-time, shift-based role. Hands-on training provided by experienced technicians and senior engineers.
