Your tasks
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely month-end completion.
- Manage supplier accounts, payments, and statement reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and KPI reporting.
- Resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
- Support cash flow forecasting and month-end activities.
- Ensure expenditure is correctly coded, reconciled, and VAT-compliant.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the finance function.
- Provide support to the wider finance team when required.
Requirements
- Previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong supplier reconciliation skills.
- Good Excel knowledge, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, team-focused approach.
- AAT Level 3 desirable, although candidates qualified through experience will also be considered.
