Partnership Manager
Responsibilities:
Driving customer acquisition, retention, balance sheet growth, and profitability within the Private Banking portfolio.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and key stakeholders.
Identifying and executing cross-selling and business development opportunities.
Recommending tailored banking, financial, and wealth management solutions based on client needs.
Driving go-to-market initiatives, sales campaigns, and market penetration strategies.
Monitoring portfolio performance, profitability, risk, compliance, and other relevant business metrics.
Ensuring seamless onboarding and product fulfilment for new and existing customers. Identifying market trends and competitive opportunities to strengthen the Bank’s Private Banking proposition.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative banking solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum of a First Degree
Minimum 7 years’ continuous banking experience, particularly in Sales and Credit within the Private Banking/HNI segment
Hands-on experience in Credit Analysis & Administration, Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service and Product Development at managerial level
Experience completing and managing credit applications
Good knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, financial advisory services, banking operations, trade services, leasing, and relevant banking laws and regulations
Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
Good understanding of economic trends and their impact on the banking and financial services sector
