CNC Engineer

• Develop CNC programs for milling, turning, and other essential production processes via using Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and other controls.
• Select and install appropriate CNC tools for specific jobs.
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, adherence to specifications, and quality standards.

• Recommends quality control procedures to QC momager to identify and rectify defects in the machining process.
• Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine setups, and production parameters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and provide solutions to improve the production process.
• Assist and perform preventative maintenance work on CNC machines.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or any fields. At least 5 years experience in CNC machining in including operation. Have experience with CAM software and CAD/CAM integration. Have experience for Fanuc , siemens , brother machine control. Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
