Job Summary
- 8-Months Maternity Contract
- Woodlands (walking distance from MRT)
- Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Up to $5,500 per Month
Job Responsibilities
- Manage monthly closing activities related to cost accounting and inventory.
- Prepare and maintain standard costing and cost-related reports.
- Perform cost and variance analysis and investigate significant variances.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and support inventory accuracy.
- Support cycle count and physical inventory activities.
- Work closely with Production, Procurement and Finance teams to monitor and improve costs.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and business decisions.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Support continuous improvement of costing and inventory processes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing costing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with standard costing, variance analysis and inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with cycle count programs and physical inventory processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
