Junior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities under guidance of Senior PM or Head of PM.
- Manage small-scale or PoC projects with defined scope and low-to-medium complexity.
- Maintain structured documentation (MoM, progress reports, issue log, risk log).
- Monitor task progress and ensure timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and BA teams for alignment.
- Prepare weekly internal reports and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure scope control discipline and avoid undocumented changes.
- Support project closure documentation and handover readiness.
- Contribute to process improvement feedback for PMO standardization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelo's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 Years experience in project coordination / PM Support / Business Analyst / Software delivery.
- Strong willingness to learn structured project governance
- Basic understanding of SDLC lifecycle
- Familiar with documentation discipline and reporting format.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in structured process envirement.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Clickup) is a plus

- Must demonstrate strong learning agility.
- Must show accountability despire junior level.
- Must be coachable and open to structured feedback.
- Experience in Poc, pilot deplotment, or starup environment is a plus.
