Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC (footwear industry is a plus)
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and manufacturing processes
- Comfortable with quality inspection, defect analysis & CAPA
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections (incoming, in-process & final)
- Analyze defects and follow up on CAPA
- Develop and implement SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality-related training
- Make release / hold / rework decisions based on inspection results
- Conduct material and finished product testing (durability, flexibility, color, etc.)
- Prepare QA reports and documentation
