| BIM Coordinator
Prosolve for Trading & Construction Solutions is expanding its BIM team and is looking for experienced BIM professionals to support high-profile projects across Saudi Arabia.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
BIM Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and clash resolution using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP) where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and company BIM procedures.
- Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and quantity takeoff.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Review BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy, and project requirements.
- Develop LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500 models based on project requirements.
- For Point Cloud Specialists: Convert Laser Scan / Point Cloud data into accurate As-Built BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve engineering issues.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
BIM Coordinator
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project management.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 19650.
- Experience in BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Advanced clash detection and coordination skills.
- Previous experience on Saudi Arabian projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve engineering challenges.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
