Account Executive, Strategic Accounts
Obvezno:DataAILead
This role is not for most salespeople. If you want to manage relationships and send proposals, skip this one. Proceed is a technology consulting and integration firm that partners with Israel's largest organizations on Data, AI, BI & Analytics, information systems, automation and Low Code/No Code projects, from identifying the need through full implementation. We are looking for an AE who closes complex deals, builds a territory, and takes full ownership of their number. What you will actually do
- Build and run a territory of strategic accounts, and own its results
- Create new opportunities yourself. You don't wait for leads
- Get to the real business problem and quantify what it costs the client, before anyone talks solutions
- Uncover budget and the decision process early. Know who decides, who signs and when
- Work with C level executives, CTOs and division heads, and navigate multiple decision makers in every deal
- Lead the deal from the first conversation to signature, with Presale and Delivery at your side
- Grow existing accounts through cross sell, upsell and expanded scope
- Keep a clean, honest pipeline in the CRM. What's in there, happens
- Use AI and business intelligence to walk into every meeting better prepared than any competitor
Who you are
- You own your number. No excuses about the market, the price or the product
- A clear "no" beats a "maybe" that drags on for months
- Rejection doesn't shake you. It's part of the job, not who you are
- You're curious, you ask the next tough question, and you don't assume
- You want coaching and feedback, and you get better every quarter
What you have already done
- 2+ years of complex B2B sales in technology, software, integration or IT
- Hit or exceeded quota, and you can show the numbers
- Closed complex deals with large organizations and multiple decision-makers
- Managed a pipeline in a CRM with discipline
- Familiarity with Data, AI, automation or integration: a strong advantage
What you get
- A real territory and some of the largest accounts in the market
- Direct impact on Proceed's growth
- Performance based compensation structure
