Nurse Manager

Your tasks

• Provide clinical and professional leadership for nursing and care services across Senior Care Centres and related programmes.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and review nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical guidelines.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Staff Nurses and care staff through coaching and performance management.
• Plan and manage nursing manpower, deployment, and rostering to ensure adequate service coverage.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, including audits, incident reviews, and risk management.
• Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, social workers, and operations teams to deliver integrated care.
• Support the effective use of clinical and digital systems for documentation and care planning.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• At least 7 years of relevant nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and dementia care.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and community care regulatory environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
