Semicon Procurement Senior Manager

Summary

This is a Senior Procurement Operations leadership role responsible for managing enterprise-widepurchasing execution, particularly direct materials and supplier commitments .

Key responsibilities:

• Lead centralized procurement operations through managers and supervisors.
• Own end-to-end purchasing processes, governance, policies, and standard work.
• Ensure sourcing strategies, contracts, and procurement policies are consistently executed.
• Manage supplier delivery, performance, risks, escalations, and supply continuity.
• Drive improvements in cost, cycle time, service, compliance, quality, inventory, automation, and data accuracy .
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective/improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate supplier, material, and pricing master data.
• Advise senior leadership on supplier risks, capacity constraints, and continuity issues.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership capabilities within the procurement organization.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement teams.

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience , with significant procurement/supply chain/operations/manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing multiple teams through subordinate leaders .
• Strong background in governance, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business judgment.
• Able to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional change.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
