HR Business Partner
Strategic Client Partnership
- Serve as the primary strategic HR contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts across varied industries
- Understand each client's business goals, culture, and organizational structure to tailor HR solutions accordingly
- Advise client leadership and line managers on HR best practices, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Build strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders to become a trusted advisor rather than a transactional service provider
Talent & Performance Management
- Guide clients on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and headcount forecasting
- Support the design and rollout of performance management cycles, goal-setting, and appraisal processes
- Advise on career development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies
- Coach client managers on handling performance issues, feedback conversations, and employee development
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Partner with the Personnel/Government Relations team to ensure client HR practices comply with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
- Advise clients on disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and termination processes to mitigate legal risk
- Investigate and help resolve complex employee relations issues and workplace conflicts
- Monitor engagement levels and proactively flag retention risks or organizational concerns to clients
HR Policy & Process Advisory
- Support clients in developing or refining HR policies, employee handbooks, and organizational procedures
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across client organizations while accommodating client-specific needs
- Identify opportunities to introduce or improve HR processes, tools, and systems for client accounts
- Keep clients informed of changes in labor law or market practice that may affect their HR policies
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Personnel Management and Payroll teams to deliver an integrated HR service to each client
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes
- Prepare and present periodic HR metrics, dashboards, and account review reports to clients and internal management
- Support client account expansion by identifying additional HR service needs and escalating to the Leadership team for business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally including exposure to multiple clients or business units
- Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices; consulting or outsourcing industry experience is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across different client accounts
- Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills
