JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Omni-Crest Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in engineering and project activities.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing mechanical and piping drawings.
• Support engineering calculations, material selection and preparation of technical documents.
• Assist in planning and coordinating fabrication, installation and maintenance works.
• Liaise with workshop and site teams to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Attend site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues
• Assist with preparation of quotations, material lists and project documentation.
• Support plant maintenance, shutdown and turn around projects.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD will be an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and develop practical engineering knowledge.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work well with engineers, supervisors and site personnel.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
