Engineer (Injection)/Engineer(AOI)

1. Setup machine and process according to new product transfer.
2. Developing, Improving and cooperating for machine, equipment and process to achieve department target.
3. Buy off new or transferred machine and eqiupment.
4. Prepare document which use for production line.
5. Prepare and review machine/equipment capacity in order to purchase for supporting customer demand.
6. Advise, consult and training technical knowledge to engineer and concern.
7. Cooperate with product/mold design including machine supplier in order to enhance capacity and efficiency.
8. Cooprate with concern team in order to prepare customer or outside audit.
9. Cooperate with production and QA staff to accomplish customer requirement.
10. Monitoring and improving yield, productivity,TCD according to responsible process.
11. Supporting in case for customer claim and non conformance product.
12. In charge of MFG/PRO system (Item master, BOM, and routing review)
13. Other jobs upon assignment

AOI Engineer 1.Cooperate with product / mold design including machine supplier in order to make new machine or improvement. (Automation mc, AOI, Data system etc.) 2.Set up design review stage before start fabricate. 3.Provide new technology to to support company / customer strategy. 4.Design, Prepare Line Lay out and work flow according to new product transfer. 5.Capacity Planning and review for responsible process according to customer demand. 6.Machine control system, smart factory. 7.Kickoff meeting and issue schedule. 8.Schedule management to meet plan. 9.Cooperate with internal and external concern team. 10.Buy off new or transferring machine. 11.Prepare documents. 12.Prepare technical training 13.Cooperate with Production and QA Staff to accomplish customer requirement. 14.Supporting in case for customer claim and nonconformance product. 15.Prepare activity report and plan report to supervisor. 16.Other jobs upon assignment.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering ex. mechanical electrical chemical or related min 2 years work experience in Injection MC, Injection Process, Cleanliness control, AOI, Automation, Machine Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) Communication & analysis skill. Leadership TOEIC score 450 up (score within 1 year) new graduated welcome
