SALES SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities, develop business opportunities, and manage customer relationships within the logistics, freight transportation, and manpower services sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising sales operations, coordinating with clients, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities related to freight transportation, logistics, and manpower services.

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales quotations, service proposals, contracts, and pricing arrangements according to company requirements.

Coordinate with transport and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.

Monitor sales performance, customer enquiries, and monthly sales targets.

Assist management in developing sales strategies, business development plans, and customer retention initiatives.

Supervise sales support staff and provide guidance on customer service and sales procedures.

Negotiate service terms and pricing with customers within approved company guidelines.

Handle customer feedback, service enquiries, and operational concerns professionally.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, customer records, and business development updates.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the logistics and transportation industry.

Coordinate with the manpower operations team regarding client staffing requirements and service arrangements.

Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and applicable Singapore regulations.
