Recruitment Specialist

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and prepare accurate Job Descriptions.

Post vacancies on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, and other job boards. Utilize headhunting and networking for technical roles.

Screen CVs, conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring manager .

Prepare salary offers, obtain approvals, issue offer letters, and follow up until candidate onboarding .

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles: Engineers, Technicians, and Site Workers .

Submit monthly reports on vacancies, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, and sourcing channels effectiveness .

Liaise with HR Admin and Social Insurance Officer to ensure smooth onboarding .

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .

3 to 7 years of proven experience in Recruitment. Construction or FM experience preferred .

Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Fluent Arabic. Good command of written and spoken English .
