Accounts Receivable Specialist (Consumer)

Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer wellness brand to recruit an experienced Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will own the end-to-end AR function across the UK and multiple international entities, including D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing, collections and accounts receivable reconciliations. Oversee automated invoicing and resolve discrepancies across sales channels. Manage outstanding balances, customer queries and key wholesale relationships. Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and intercompany transactions. Drive process improvements and strengthen AR controls.

Key Requirements: 3 to 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or collections. Experience chasing key accounts such as Tesco, Boots and Sainsbury's is highly advantageous Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience. Confident managing customer relationships and collections independently. Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, D2C, e-commerce or wholesale environments is essential. Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.

Location: London Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 at home)
