MEP Quantity Surveyors (Post Contract Commercial/ Bidding/ Proposals)

Assist in preparation and coordination of tender submissions, ensuring high-quality and timely bid production Contribute to bid planning and resource allocation Provide contract administration support and assist with tender reviews Review contract documentation and develop technical and commercial tender queries Support cost estimation and commercial analysis for MEP works Prepare and format bid documentation, reports, and presentations Lead Variation and Extension of Time claim identifications and preparations, including submission and negotiation through to conclusion.
