- Manage quality performance of subcontract factories, including Printing, Embroidery, Bonding and Laser Cutting processes.
- Evaluate subcontractor capability and production readiness for new and critical styles.
- Coordinate pre-production activities, including production planning, color approval and first production approval.

- Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Garment, Textile, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Aleast 2 years of experience in QA/QC, Production or Vendor Quality within the garment industry.
- Experience working with Printing, Embroidery, Bonding or Laser Cutting subcontract factories is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes, AQL standards and quality management.
