Clinic Executive
Teeth. Q Dental Surgeons @ Hougang Green is seeking to hire a clinic executive for its clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out important frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection
- Providing good support and service to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic
- Preparing the treatment room and assisting the dentist during treatment
- Maintaining clinic equipment, instruments and materials in good order
- Having a good standard of infection control
- Performing basic dental laboratory works
Requirements
- Singaporeans (SC) / SPR / Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders / Dependant's Pass (DP) holders
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Having a good sense of responsibility
- Being able to be a team player - good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Dental Assisting: minimum 1 year
- Having a positive attitude!
