Site Supervisor (Structural)

Your tasks

• Supervise daily structural works at construction site.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress of formwork, rebar, concreting, and steel works.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
• Prepare daily progress and site reports.
• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
• Support project schedule and timely completion of works.
• Report work progress to Site/Project Manager.

Requirements

Job Description

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural works (Formwork, rebar etc.).
• Experience in supervising workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Experience in local construction projects is preferred.
• Team player with a responsible and hands-on attitude.
