Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Streamline daily business operations, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity. Manage, train, and supervise department staff, setting performance goals and overseeing daily outputs. Allocate operational resources, manage department budgets, and minimize unnecessary overhead costs. Coordinate procurement, vendor management, inventory levels, and logistics where applicable. Ensure products or services meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory and safety policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.  2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
