Principal Civil Engineer

Working location

Site-based position across Saudi Arabia, with an 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation. This role is specifically for a gold mining project.

Work schedule

Cycle: 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Base working hours: 48 hours per week, 6 days a week (as per KSA labour law)

Key responsibilities

Lead civil engineering activities for a gold mining project

Coordinate site-based operations across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia

Ensure adherence to project schedules and best practices in mining infrastructure

Manage and mentor site engineering teams

International business travel may be required as per project needs

Requirements

Total of 15 years of engineering experience

At least 8 years of experience in mining, with a strong site-based background

Mining experience is mandatory

Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable
