MAINTENANCE CREW

The Crew Member is responsible for carrying out field work related to grounds maintenance, tree care, and landscape installation in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves performing manual labor, operating equipment and tools, and supporting the efficient completion of assigned tasks under the supervision of a leadman or supervisor. Crew members are expected to maintain professionalism, follow instructions accurately, and work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications/Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate Preferably with experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, tree servicing, plant nursery production, landscaping, carpentry, and other related fields Can read and write both in English and Tagalog Smart phone literate Physically fit to perform manual work, lifting, and outdoor activities. With ability to operate basic tools and equipment Can work under pressure and minimal supervision Preferably knows how to drive and with Driver's License Must be flexible with work location and schedule Must be willing to do field work
