Strategic Operations Associate

Accountabilities: The Strategic Operations Associate will own strategic projects from diagnosis through execution, using analytical insights to improve business performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational ownership, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, operational challenges, and areas for improvement.

Develop clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights and expected business impact.

Create and execute project plans with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives forward and ensure successful execution.

Take ownership of operational projects by managing details, solving problems, and keeping initiatives on track.

Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and repeatable processes to monitor KPIs and communicate performance trends.

Evaluate the effectiveness of launched initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend adjustments.

Support leadership decision-making by providing clear analysis, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and execution-focused professional who can navigate complexity, work independently, and translate data into meaningful business actions. Experience in consulting, finance, technology, or other high-growth environments is highly valuable.

3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop clear business recommendations.

Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with data analysis tools; SQL experience is a plus.

Ability to move beyond reporting metrics by understanding business drivers and forming actionable points of view.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

Comfortable taking ownership of hands-on operational work rather than focusing only on strategy or analysis.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders across different teams.

Ability to collaborate effectively without direct authority and influence teams toward shared goals.

Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
