Accountabilities: The Senior Product Strategy Director will drive strategic alignment across product and go-to-market functions by developing clear positioning, enabling adoption, and creating communication frameworks that connect customer needs with product investments. This role requires strong influence, business judgment, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Define and continuously evolve product positioning, value propositions, and strategic narratives for enterprise financial analytics solutions.

Translate roadmap themes, technical capabilities, and product investments into customer-focused messaging and executive-ready communications.

Develop scalable field enablement resources, including presentations, briefs, FAQs, and strategic materials that improve sales effectiveness.

Serve as a strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Identify gaps between product development, positioning, packaging, and market expectations, and drive alignment toward resolution.

Facilitate executive discussions, strategic forums, and decision-making processes by providing clear insights and recommendations.

Lead internal roadmap communication and ensure go-to-market teams understand upcoming releases, priorities, and strategic changes.

Partner on launch planning, commercialization efforts, messaging updates, and field readiness activities.

Build executive and customer-facing narratives that communicate product strategy, business value, and market opportunities.

Establish feedback mechanisms with sales teams, customers, partners, and market stakeholders to capture insights and inform product decisions.

Analyze competitive feedback, adoption trends, and customer signals to recommend improvements to messaging and enablement strategies.

Promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to improve execution and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership. They should be skilled at connecting technical capabilities with business outcomes and influencing senior stakeholders across product and commercial organizations.

10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, financial technology, performance management, or related platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong background in Product Strategy, Product Operations, Go-to-Market Strategy, or similar product-adjacent leadership roles.

Deep understanding of enterprise analytics, financial data ecosystems, performance management workflows, or EPM/CPM platforms.

Proven ability to translate complex technical and data-driven concepts into clear business value.

Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and partner ecosystems.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Experience representing product strategy in customer meetings, partner discussions, or industry forums.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and strategic storytelling.

Strong understanding of agile product development processes and engineering workflows.

Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.

Preferred experience in high-growth SaaS organizations undergoing scaling and transformation.

Advanced degrees or certifications related to product strategy, analytics, finance, or technology are a plus.

Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $151,000 - $196,000 USD , based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
