Senior Marketing Analyst
Accountabilities: The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leading marketing analytics initiatives, developing measurement strategies, and providing actionable insights that support business growth. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the development and execution of marketing measurement strategies to evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, sales impact, and return on investment.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify customer, market, and competitive trends to uncover opportunities for growth and marketing optimization.
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
Manage strategic analyses, executive requests, and data-driven projects that support organizational priorities.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality assurance processes and collaboration with data owners.
Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, and customer analytics techniques to evaluate business opportunities.
Improve customer segmentation, targeting, retention strategies, and loyalty analytics to increase customer lifetime value.
Analyze customer acquisition, retention, churn, promotional performance, and operational trends.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, controlled experiments, and pilot programs to measure marketing effectiveness and incremental impact.
Develop testing frameworks and optimization strategies that improve marketing return on investment.
Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for customer loyalty programs, digital experiences, mobile applications, and customer engagement campaigns.
Evaluate promotional strategies, pricing initiatives, loyalty offers, and personalization opportunities.
Serve as a marketing analytics subject matter expert by educating stakeholders and promoting data-driven decision-making.
Mentor analysts and contribute to the development of analytical capabilities across the organization.
Collaborate with analytics, marketing, operations, purchasing, and technology teams to build scalable data solutions and business intelligence capabilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong marketing analytics experience, advanced technical skills, and the ability to turn data into strategic business recommendations. Required qualifications and skills include:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or related fields.
Experience in retail, loyalty programs, e-commerce, or customer-focused analytics environments is preferred.
Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience using R, Python, or comparable statistical analysis tools.
Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud analytics environments, or Databricks is preferred.
Knowledge of statistical testing, experimentation, forecasting, predictive modeling, and causal analysis methodologies.
Strong understanding of marketing measurement, customer behavior, and loyalty strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business impact.
Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
